FUSION Fire

This class is a balance of low impact/high intensity cardiovascular functional movement. Functional movement means movement that is required in our daily tasks, like backing out of our driveways, sitting down and getting up. We need to be able to keep our ability to perform these movements as we age and knowing how to do them correctly keeps us fit and capable. You will sweat with different series of squats, lunges and variations of both and work on balance and core strength in this full body workout!


SURF AND SPRINGBOARD

Based in "SURFSET FITNESS" this class uses the RipSurferX (a surfboard that rests on three balls, with stability cords), making balance a whole new challenge. SURFSET started out on the show Shark Tank and is popular worldwide. We have put our own flare on the workout, adding Pilates exercises on the SpringBoard. You will work on balance while getting a core-focused-cardiovascular workout on the board and then you will cool down with some good feeling exercises on the Pilates SpringBoard. Sweat, strengthen and lengthen!

PILATES SPRINGBOARD flow

Stretch and strengthen your entire body while using the wonderful Pilates SpringBoard. The SpringBoard is a unique piece of Pilates equipment that's mounted on a wall with customizable springs. The springs act as resistance that provides dynamic strengthening and stretching. There is nothing quite like Pilates equipment that works with your own body weight and gives you feedback that's similar, but more intense than a band that you might find in physical therapy.

Barre Fire

Strengthen, lengthen and sculpt your body at the barre! This class combines Pilates exercises using small props, dance moves from Ballet (simple to follow) and stretching. A workout that leaves you invigorated and worked out head to toe or in our studio "toe to head"!

Surf & Mat

Mat Flow

A restorative and effective class using Pilates props on the mat. You will nourish your spine with articulating and stabilizing exercises, which also strengthens your core. Pilates mat exercises tone, strengthen and stretch your body, while boosting mental health!
