substitute Instructor, rachel culpovich
Rachel grew up in Salem, OR and graduated from Western Oregon University in 2017, with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts and Business. She has always been drawn to movement arts and discovered a passion for yoga. It came natural to her and she started taking a variety of classes/styles, gathering inspiration from each and every teacher that she’s been honored to follow. When she graduated from WOU, she was gifted with her very first class to teach in their Health & Wellness Center. Since then , she has lead yoga classes all around the Salem/Monmouth area. Her passion for health and fitness lead her to become an ACE certified personal trainer, which marries perfectly with her interest in yoga and movement in general. Her yoga flow is inspired by ancient yogic tradition and the latest science and trends in the health/exercise world. It’s extremely important to her to always continue to learn, grow and to inspire!
